How long will it take to receive your order?

At Solo Leveling Hub, all products are made to order, meaning production begins after your order is processed. Customers can expect to receive their products within 17-24 business days after payment confirmation and order processing.

Order Processing Time

  • After payment, your order enters our waiting queue for 24 hours before production begins.
  • During this time, you may modify your order details (size, color, quantity) or request a cancellation.

Production Time

  • Orders typically take 7-9 business days to be produced, depending on the product type.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days.
  • International orders may take 14-21 business days.
  • Some deliveries may arrive sooner or take longer depending on shipping conditions.
  • All shipments include a tracking link, so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary based on destination and order size.

Re-Shipping Policy

We will re-ship orders in the following cases:

  • The customer provided an incorrect address or contact details, causing failed delivery attempts.
  • The shipping carrier was unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts.

If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will re-ship after receiving the correct address from the customer. Re-shipping costs:

  • $10 per item for U.S. re-shipments.
  • $15 per item for international re-shipments.
  • All fees are in USD.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we currently only support single-destination shipping. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

Can I ship to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However:

  • Shipments to APO/FPO locations may take 40-45 days to arrive.
  • Once a package enters a military area, tracking updates may not be available for security reasons.

Will VAT or taxes be charged?

  • We do not collect VAT or international taxes.
  • Any import taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
